Please join us this Wednesday (October 12th) for the first film of this semester's Sociology Film Series. This semester the series is devoted to the topics of race and ethnicity and we are beginning with the 2005 film Crash. The film will be shown at 6pm in 5-300. Nayda Pares-Kane (Sociology) will introduce the film and lead a discusion to follow. As always, the film is free and open to the MCC community and the public. Light refreshments will be served.
Crash is a powerful film and the discussion is sure to be thought provoking. We hope that you can join us.
Also, please save the date for our second film, Do The Right Thing, which will be shown on November 9th.
Please feel free to print, share and post the attached posters.
Thanks and we'll see you there!
