Passing of Dr. Joel Frater's Father

It is with deep sorrow that I inform you of the passing of Dr. Joel Frater's father, Herman Frater. Mr. Frater held a special place in his children's life and in the hearts of all who knew him. His family and friends valued his wisdom, and his vast experience in the construction trades left a legacy of knowledge and accomplishment. As the Frater family makes funeral arrangements in their native Jamaica, I know you join me in expressing MCC's sincere condolences on their loss.
