Last Call: Proposals for Professional Development Week Due Monday, March 14

MCC's 9th annual Professional Development Week is scheduled for June 6th-June 10th, 2022.

Professional Development Week is an excellent opportunity to facilitate meaningful discussions about important issues impacting our campus, offer key training sessions to the college community, or update the college about an important campus-wide initiative or project. Please consider submitting a proposal for a presentation, discussion panel, training session, or workshop for Professional Development Week.  Proposals related to relationship-rich education, a pedagogy of care, self-care, and validation practices are particularly encouraged.

A .pdf application form is attached to this announcement. Editable MS Word applications are available in the "Awards, Professional Leaves, and Professional Development Events" section of the Faculty Senate Blackboard page. Please email a completed application form to Judi Salsburg Taylor, jsalsburg@monroecc.edu, by March 14, 2022.
