Rochester Artists to Speak on Creative Placemaking

Join MCC's Institute for the Humanities and SUNY Geneseo's Center for Integrative Learning on Thursday, November 18th, from 5:00-6:15 pm, as we conclude our Arts of Asylum series with “Visions of Place”—a forum on the intersections of art, creative placemaking, and social change.

For this virtual, interactive forum, Erich Lehman of Wall Therapy and RIT’s College of Art and Design will sit down with two of Rochester’s most notable muralists, Shawn Dunwoody and Sarah C. Rutherford, to discuss the power of public art to represent, engage, and inspire communities.

This forum is free and open to the public.

REGISTER HERE to be part of this meaningful event.
