Executive Leadership Team's Response to Feedback Received on Proposed Reorganization
On behalf of President Burt-Nanna and Cabinet members (i.e., MCC’s Executive Leadership Team), please find attached their response to feedback received on the proposed reorganization of Academic Services and Student Services.
As noted in the attachment, “Since May 12, the President and Vice Presidents have convened on multiple occasions to genuinely reflect on feedback received … [we] have collectively listened and been thoughtful about what we have heard and learned through the process.”
The reorganization proposal has been modified and MCC is ready to take next steps, starting with developing a position description for the new Provost and Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs role. The complete reorganization process will continue through September 2023.
Please direct feedback to your division’s vice president.
