The Strategic Planning Leadership Team wishes to thank the College community for their thoughtful feedback to the draft strategic plan. The team has spent several meetings reviewing the comments. While we did not incorporate all of your thoughts, we have made many modifications to the plan which reflect your views.
The plan has now been reviewed and accepted by President Kress. It will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees for approval at the December 5th meeting.
The new strategic plan will be officially rolled out at the start of the 2017-18 academic year. In the meantime, the College will work to close out the current strategic plan. Employees working on 2017-18 budgets, leaves for professional development, awards, etc. that will be implemented in the 2017-18 academic year are asked to base their proposals on the new 2017-2021 strategic plan.
