Time for Scholars' Day


Scholars' Day activities begin today at Damon City Campus with a colloquium starting at 10:30am with student presentations (rooms 5100 and 5125), followed by the keynote address by Dr. Arlette Miller-Smith of St. John Fisher College at noon in 4151. The event is free and open to all MCC ID-cardholders.

On Saturday, the conference at Brighton begins with a full slate of student presentations at 11:00am in building 12, followed by the keynote address by Dr. Robert Ballard of the Center for Oceanic Exploration at 1:00pm, and then more student and faculty presentations at 2:15. The day is packed with over 50 presentations, showcasing MCC's enormous influence on student scholarship and research. This event is open to the public, but tickets are required for the keynote address (free for MCC ID-cardholders, $7 for general public).
