The Spring 2005 Foreign Film Fest Continues


Please join us Thursday May 5th to enjoy two unforgettable films during the Spring 2005 Foreign Film Fest:

"Patoruzito" Animated feature in Spanish, 2004, about a young Tehuelche boy living in the Patagonia. This film has not been screened in the U.S. yet. An exclusive! Lots of family fun to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Introduced by Fernando Alas.

"The Way Home" Drama in Korean, 2002, about a seven year old boy who is left with his grandmother in a remote village while his mother looks for work. Heart-warming and wonderfully acted by non-professionals. Introduced by Ilmee Song.

All events will begin in Room 8-200 of the Brighton Campus. Arrive at 6:00 p.m. to mingle and enjoy some ethnic nibbles and food sampling. The films will be introduced at 6:30 p.m. Two films will be shown concurrently in each of the specified dates. All films have English subtitles. The Foreign Film Fest is free and open to the public.
