Terry Keys Completes Doctorate Dissertation

It is my pleasure to announce that Terry Keys, Assistant Vice President, Educational Technology Services has completed all the requirements for his doctoral program for the University of Maryland University College’s Doctorate of Management (DM) in Community College Policy and Administration.

On Friday December 6, his dissertation entitled “Measuring and Realizing the Benefits of a Learning Management System” was accepted by his committee.  His research focused on providing community college leaders with the tools to measure their educational technology investments and identified the leadership practices that encourage a positive return. The study centered on learning management systems but is applicable to other educational technologies.

His degree will be conferred on December 30, 2013.  Welcome and accolades and applause to Dr. Terry Keys.
