Volunteers Needed for FYE Welcome Tables

Greetings colleagues/friends! Can you believe we are about to start the Spring 2023 semester? We are writing as we are in need of volunteers for our ninth annual Welcome Wagon Brigade.

As in previous years, there will be welcome tables set up on the campus outside of buildings 8, 5, 4, 3, and 1 to greet students at the Brighton Campus. We will have a table at the Downtown Campus this year too. You would answer questions and point students in the right direction. Volunteers are needed on Monday, January 23 and Tuesday, January 24. We are asking volunteers to sign up for as many shifts as possible during the following times:

Brighton Campus: 7:00am to 5:00pm
Downtown Campus: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Campus maps and a list of frequently asked questions will be provided at each table.
