NEW: General Microbiology for Food & Ag at MCC


MCC, in its drive to keep students up-to-date with current trends, is introducing AGS 150 General Microbiology for Food and Agriculture.  This 4-credit course is geared to introduce basic principles relating to microorganisms and contaminants associated with food and fiber production.  There are no prerequisites for this natural science elective.

Jobs associated with this area of expertise include agricultural and food science technicians, sales in wholesale, manufacturing, technical and scientific products, to name a few.
