Wellness Through Fitness
There are many facets to wellness. The MCC Wellness Council recognizes and focuses on eight areas of wellness: Physical, Spiritual, Financial, Occupational, Environmental, Intellectual, Social and Emotional. It is also understood that these dimensions often intersect and overlap.
Join the Wellness Through Fitness 5k team and earn a check in your Wellness Passport when you walk or run the 5k on October 5th.
