Congratulations to Chef Chris Januzzi

Congratulations to Chef Chris Januzzi on becoming a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) through the American Culinary Federation (ACF), and being elected to the Board of Trustees of the ACF – Rochester Chapter! The CEC is a comprehensive certification based on education, experience, and successful completion of a written and practical exam.

Chef Januzzi has been a Technical Assistant for the Hospitality Department for five years. He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, where he received an associate's degree in Culinary Arts, and a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from New England Culinary Institute. Chef Januzzi has worked in many different restaurants in New York City and Italy, and eventually became Executive Chef at a restaurant in Honeoye Falls, NY where he remained for 10 years, until joining the team at MCC.
