“Team Work is Key to Recruiting Students for Entrepreneurial Program,” by Assistant Professor Sherry Tshibangu (Busienss Administration and Economics) was published in the Fall/Winter 2009 issue of Community College Entrepreneurship, a quarterly publication of the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurs (NACCE).
The article talks about MCC’s Emerging Entrepreneurs Scholarship Program that launched in July 2008, in just six weeks, under Tshibangu’s direction. Within the article Tshibangu recalled the importance of “assembling a team of individuals within MCC who were committed to the successful launch of the program,” including representatives from Admissions, Educational Technology Services and Records and Registration.
