Assistant Director of Curriculum and Assessment Michael Heel presented to an audience of over 350 attendees at the Middle States Commission on Higher Education Annual Conference on Thursday, December 8th. His session presentation, “Identifying and Assessing General Education Competencies Infused in a Curriculum,” documented MCC’s innovative, faculty-driven approach to assessing those aspects of general education that many institutions across the Middle States region have found difficult.
Provost and Academic Services Vice President, Andrea Wade, was in attendance at Michael’s presentation, and noted: “It was a packed room, and everyone seemed engaged. It was a very well-received presentation.”
