As stated in the 5/5/2011 memo from Controller, Mike Quinn, Re: Fiscal Year 2011 Cut-off Dates, in order to accommodate and complete work order requests before the Fall semester, you must submit them to the Facilities office no later than June 21, 2011. This date will provide the necessary time to order any additional supplies needed before the deadline for submissions of requisitions. Work order requests received after this date will be accomplished beginning on September 6, 2011.
