Bartell, Brinkman and Hospitality Students Team Up for Alumni Cooking Demonstration and Tasting!


Join Hospitality Management Department Chair Michelle Bartell and Instructor Chef Gerry Brinkman and their students for an Alumni Cooking Demonstration, Wine Pairing and Tasting session during Alumni Week and Homecoming 2009!

Two sessions will be offered on Friday, Oct. 2 in room 3-140: Session A) 3 to 4:30 p.m. and Session B) 6 to 7:30 p.m. During each session attendees will explore various cooking techniques, ingredient selection, plate presentation, nutrition and menu planning. Best of all, participants get to sample the food, too!
