In collaboration with Ellucian, the College will be assessing current business processes and how we can better use Banner and Ellucian products to aid in our business processes. The first step in that process is to gather input from MCC employees, specifically those who use one or more of the Banner modules: HR, AR, Advancement, Finance, Financial Aid, General, and Student, as well as Recruiter.
To that end, please take a few moments to complete the survey -- your role at the college will guide you to the portions of the survey that are appropriate. In most cases completing the survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Please be candid in your responses to this confidential survey so that we can get the maximum benefit out of our business processes analysis.

Survey results will be compiled and used to facilitate further discussion during a campus visit by our Ellucian representative on August 26-27. From the survey and the visit, an action plan will be created. The President’s Staff will work with Ellucian to rank and prioritize each initiative based on productivity gains and strategic benefits.
