Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County is hosting a MONROE COUNTY SPRING HARVEST!
Rochester, New York, as part of CCEMC’s Healthy Monroe Initiative join Chef Gary Piazza, Chef/Owner of the Gray Ghost Gourmet in a cooking class co-sponsored by GROW MONROE and Cornell Cooperative Extension highlighting the bounty of Monroe County farmers.
The class will take place at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County, located at 249 Highland Avenue, in Rochester, NY on Tuesday June 19, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
Chef Gary will guide you in learning to prepare entrees, sides and desserts which have the main ingredient produced in Monroe County. Enjoy the Monroe County Spring Harvest at its prime.
