Announcing a Spring 2010 Trip to France


It’s not too early to start planning for next Spring Break. The ESOL & Foreign Languages Dept. invites you to join us in an unforgettable 11-day visit to France in April 2010.

DATES: April 17 to April 27, 2009 (Spring Recess)

ITINERARY HIGHLIGHTS: Paris, Versailles, Chartres, Loire Valley, St. Malo, Mont St. Michel, D-Day Beaches in Normandy, Rouen, the French Riviera   
                                               
COST: $ 3,280 including all taxes and departure fees

VISITS: Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Palace of Versailles, Castles of the Loire (Chambord, Chenonceaux, Amboise), tour of a wine cellar in the Loire Valley, the Caen Memorial, Nice, and more. The itinerary focuses on history and culture, and provides free time for personal sightseeing. 

PRICE INCLUDES:           
Round-trip airfare from Rochester, Hotels with private facilities, European breakfast and dinner daily, Entrance to many museums and historical sites.  Sightseeing tours with professional local guides and full-time bilingual Tour Director. 

Participants in this tour must register in FRE 221 – French Culture On Location (3 hrs., credit or audit, no prerequisites) in the Spring Semester 2010. Register now and set up monthly payments without interest or surcharges until March 2010. Participants younger than 25 receive a reduction of $395 with accommodation in triple rooms. Comprehensive insurance coverage (medical, cancellation, baggage loss) available for $125.  The $95 lifetime registration fee charged by EF Educational Tours is included in the price quoted above.
