A Call For Mentors or Those Needing a Mentor

Would you like to serve as a mentor to a teaching faculty member?

Are you a non-tenured faculty member or adjunct who is looking for a mentor?

Tenured teaching faculty members can serve as a mentor to a new (fall 2021) full-time teaching faculty member , continuing faculty members not yet tenured, or adjuncts. 

 

We will be matching mentors and new, continuing faculty and adjuncts based on a brief survey. To indicate your interest in serving as a mentor for 2021- 2022, or if you would like to seek a mentor, please complete this survey as soon as possible:

We ask that all prospective mentors complete the survey even if you have served as a mentor in the past. Mentors and the new faculty they are paired with will meet at an opening reception to welcome new faculty to MCC. This meeting will be on August 18. (time to be determined at a later date) It will be a zoom session. It is not mandatory that you attend this meeting, but encouraged.
