Disability Awareness Month - Kurzweil 3000 Drop-in Zoom Session for Students
The Counseling and Disability Services office will be offering a drop-in Zoom session on Wednesday, 10/28 from 12:00pm-1:00pm to review the basic functions of the text-to-speech software program, Kurzweil 3000.
We will cover the following during the Zoom session:
- How-to-locate the downloading instructions.
- How-to-create a username and password.
- How-to-use the writing features.
- How-to-upload documents and read the documents aloud.
- How-to-change the reading preferences (voice, speed, etc).
- How-to-access other free assistive technology.
