Today’s Tip: How to Access and Contact your Advisee Caseload

Advisor Dashboard

  • Easy access to view and contact your advisee caseload. In addition, all advisors can view their “Assigned Expertise” (aka the pathways of students being assigned to them) and their current caseload number and limit. MyMCC, Advisor Essentials, Advisee Caseload

Banner Self-Service

  • Another option to view and contact your advisees. Faculty Services tab, Student Information Menu, Advisee Listing, Select Term (fall 2025)

When Should I Reach my Caseload?

  • Priority Registration for fall begins on March 31, 2025. Fall course offerings are now viewable, so you can reach out as early as today!
  • Reaching out to students prior to the start of priority registration allows your advisees time to prepare to meet with you.
