The Scholars’ Day Committee would like to remind everyone that the deadline to apply for Scholars’ Day is February 26, the Wednesday after we return from Winter Break. The application form is found online at https://web.monroecc.edu/scholarsday/apply.
We welcome applications from across the college community, from students, faculty, or staff. We fully understand that projects intended for Scholars’ Day presentations may not be complete at this time (you might, for example, still be collecting data, or making changes to your argument), so you will have a chance to edit your abstract prior to Scholars’ Day, but we need a preliminary summary of your project so we can begin the process of reviewing applications and scheduling the events.
Please let your students know about this deadline – the student Tribune does not reach many of them.
