Come have your Blood Pressure taken by MCC Nursing Students for the Community Blood Pressure Challenge

On Monday, May 13 and Tuesday, May 14 come to the Human Resources Conference Room, 1-305, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm to have your blood pressure taken by MCC Nursing students.  No appointment needed just come on up.

We are into the final days for the Community Blood Pressure Challenge sponsored by Eat Well/Live Well.   The challenge runs until May 18th.  Remember, you do not need to be a participant in Eat Well/Live Well to record your blood pressure.

You may also take your own blood pressure at the Health Services kiosk, Room 3-165 or the Damon Campus Wellness Center, Room 4029.

Once you have your blood pressure reading go to: <"https://www.ewlw.org"> to record your blood pressure for the challenge. You do NOT have to be an Eat Well/Live Well Participant to record your blood pressure.  Your results are totally private and de-identified.

Encourage your co-workers to have their blood pressure taken and recorded.
