Reminder: Passport Processing to be Done on Campus


Do you need a passport?

MCC is partnering with Monroe County Clerk Cheryl Dinolfo to provide you with the opportunity to apply for a passport here on campus on Thursday, April 10 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in Monroe B.  This is open to all faculty and staff along with their family members.  If you have family members coming on campus for this please have them park in Lot M – behind Building 3.

Please call Sandy Warren at 292-2106 to schedule an appointment. 

Applicants applying for a passport need to present proof of citizenship; i.e.: a birth certificate w/ raised seal or old passport and proof of identity, i.e.: drivers license and two identical 2" x 2" photos with white back ground along with a completed passport application form (DS-11).  The application can be obtained by going to the US Department of State's website at

The combined passport application and processing fee for adults, 16yrs and older is $100 and for children 15 and under is $85 – payable by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.  If paying by check please bring two checks with you.   Photos are available on-site for an additional cost of $7 per set.
