United Way Campaign Kicks-Off Today, March 27th

Please be on the look-out for an email that outlines how you can donate to the 2023 United Way campaign "Better United." The MCC campaign runs from March 27 – April 28, and we respectfully ask that you consider donating to this worthy organization.

As our community's college, MCC recognizes the role it plays in changing the lives of students in our region. In much the same way, the United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes works to change the lives of many of our relatives, neighbors and friends who live in our community. 

Donating to United Way:

• Maximizes your impact. Your gift is combined with thousands of donors and workplaces to support hundreds of nonprofit agencies making real change in our community.
• Strategically invests and supports the critical work of our nonprofit agencies.
• Equips our nonprofit sector with a strong conduit of volunteers and board leadership (including our very own President who sits on the Board of Directors).
• Provides agencies timely crisis funding and resources to adapt and innovate their services.
• Sit at the table. United Way is the community convener, bringing nonprofit agency partners, community leaders and policymakers together to create a unified voice and real, impactful change in our region.
