Managing Anxiety with the Return to Campus

College students are no strangers to anxiety, but the 2020-2021 school year has been particularly anxiety-provoking for many students. COVID-19 has caused significant changes to the college experience; the pandemic amplified already existing sources of stress such as grades, finances, homesickness and significantly impacted student mental health and wellness. In fact, a recent BestColleges survey found that 45% of students whose campuses closed due to the pandemic experienced increased anxiety. has created a guide for students, which covers the definition of anxiety, symptoms, and helpful tips for easing anxious feelings about returning to campus, and we encourage you to refer to the website.
