An awards ceremony was held on May 27 to honor the recipients of the 2004 Nelson Rich Memorial Scholarship. They are Bridget Gannon and Adedayo Oshinnaiye. Both Bridget and Adedayo are outstanding students whose service and character are of the highest quality.
The Nelson Rich Memorial Scholarship honors student employees of the Robert A. Fratangelo Mathematics Learning Center whose academic achievement and service to the RAFMLC are exemplary. Nelson Rich was a professor of mathematics at MCC from 1971 - 1987. Kristen Waterstram-Rich attended the ceremony and spoke to the recipients.
