Kicking it with Kevin 2

Last week’s session received enough positive feedback that The Wellness Council is providing another session of Kicking It With Kevin this Tuesday 4/13/21 (tomorrow!) at 10:00 AM.

KIWK is a ten-minute exercise break. Please send an e-mail to the Wellness Council ( with KIWK in the subject line. This will serve as a request for the ZOOM information required to join the fun. In this break you will get your heart rate up but not likely break a sweat. Wear comfortable clothes to move around in. Everything can be completed in an office or cube. If you are working on campus, please let your neighbors know what you are doing so they don’t get concerned when they hear you jumping around!
