81 Nursing Grads to Receive Pins at June 2 Ceremony

The annual Nursing Pinning Ceremony is a heart-warming event that celebrates the accomplishments and hard work of MCC Nursing program graduates. The college community is invited to join the MCC Department of Nursing and the Student Nurses Association and cheer on this year's graduating class at the Nursing Pinning Ceremony on Saturday, June 2 at 4 pm in the MCC Theater.

The nursing pin is a type of badge, which is worn by nurses to identify the nursing school from which they were graduated. The pinning ceremony is a symbolic "welcome" into the profession. MCC educates more nurses for our community than any other area college.

The event highlights the dedication of Nursing faculty and staff and provides graduates with opportunities to thank family, friends and mentors for their support.
