If you are looking for a fun activity, don’t miss out in joining the MCC Couch to 5K program brought to you by the MCC Homecoming 5K team and the MCC Wellness Council!
There will be three groups offered for all walk types: Walk Group, Walk/Run Group and Run Group. All groups will be meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless otherwise instructed by the group leader.
Dawn Quatro and Mary Jo Toepfer: Run Group at 1pm
Yolanda Johnson and Courtney Sprague: Walk/Run Group at 1pm
Kara Kupinski: Walk/Run Group at 12pm
Suzanne Bureau: Walk Group at 12pm
Donna Burke: Walk Group at 1pm ( Mondays/Wednesday)
For the walk/run groups please find the program attached that will be followed. All groups will meet on the hour in the PAC Lobby and then choose as a group to go inside or outside weather pending and begin walking or running at 10 minutes after the hour.
Note: If you are interested in being a group leader to aid in scheduling or to fill any gaps, please reach out to the group leader for that timeframe.
