This is a reminder for all employees eligible to participate in the Voluntary Early Retirement Incentive Plan. If you received a letter regarding your eligibility to participate in the plan, you have until May 13, 2016 to submit your application for participation in the Plan. Decisions regarding applications for participation will be sent to all applicants on May 16, 2016.
Participation in the plan is completely voluntary and is not a right. The College reviews all applications and has absolute discretion to approve or deny someone’s request to participate in the Plan. Decisions as to whether an application will be approved are based on whether the application is in the best interest of the College and available funding.
