All Welcome for Mindfulness Meditation Sessions Wednesdays at 12:05 on Zoom

Interested in starting or continuing a meditation practice? Want to support others in their meditation practice?

All are welcome to join the MCC Mindfulness Meditation group. During the Fall 2024 semester, we meet on Zoom every Wednesday that classes are in session from 12:05 to 12:25 pm. There are still six meditation sessions left, as our last day will be December 11th. This group is free and open to all MCC students, faculty, staff, administrators, and retirees.
