Today's Tip – How to Access and Contact your Advisee Caseload

Advisor Dashboard 

Easy access to view and contact your advisee caseload. In addition, all advisors can view their “Assigned Expertise” (aka the pathways of students being assigned to them) and their current caseload number and limit. MyMCC, Advisor Essentials, Advisee Caseload  

To email your advisees as a group use the “Click to Copy All Emails to Clipboard” and paste into BCC in Outlook.

Another option to view and contact your advisees. Faculty Services tab, Student Information Menu, Advisee Listing, Select Term (spring 2025) 

When Should I Reach Out to My Caseload? 

Priority Registration for spring begins on October 28, 2024. Spring course offerings are now viewable. You can start reaching out as early as today!

Reaching out to students before the start of priority registration allows your advisees time to prepare to meet with you.
