MCC's "Mini-Museums" Showcase Anthropological Collections


Rushing to class and never notice what's in our corridors and hallways? Take time to check out the four Anthropology "Mini-Museums" tucked into the hallways in Buildings 5 and 6.

         3rd Floor Hallway, Building 6: "Artifacts from the MCC-Bittner Site Archaeological Dig"
         3rd Floor Walkway into Building 5: "Variation in the Folk Cultures of Northern India"
             (features colorful objects on loan from a faculty member)
         2nd Floor Hallway into Building 5" (2  exhibit cases): "Basketry of the Native Americans"
              (features baskets loaned from MCC faculty)
               "Weavings of the Pastoral Tribes of Iran"
              (features textiles and artifacts of Iran's nomads, on loan from a faculty member)
