Call for SLN and Hybrid Course Development – Deadline November 4


A SUNY Learning Network (SLN) Course Proposal is used to convert an existing course to online via the Internet through the SUNY Learning Network, ANGEL platform. Faculty with basic computer skills and a willingness to adapt teaching to asynchronous environment and to participate in required training will be provided a stipend.

If you are interested in offering an existing course in the SLN format, please go to the Curriculum Database https://www.monroecc.edu/go/curriculum to complete a proposal to develop an existing course online through SLN/ANGEL by November 4.

The Curriculum Office is pleased to announce the development of the following ten new courses for delivery through the SUNY Learning Network beginning this academic year:

The Hybrid Course Proposal is used to convert an existing course to online via the Internet through the SUNY Learning Network, ANGEL platform. The supplemented face-to-face instruction may not constitute more than 50% of instruction. Faculty with online teaching experience or with basic computer skills and a willingness to adapt teaching style to asynchronous environment will be provided training. Review and approval is the responsibility of the Division Dean.
