Be Counted - Voting is Your Right

In preparation for the 2024 Election, the Student Government Association has teamed up with TurboVote and the Monroe County Board of Elections to assist students in registering to vote through the TurboVote website. Students can find the TurboVote tile in the myMCC portal, which is available now.

  • For faculty and staff, the TurboVote information is located in the Campus Resource tile.

TurboVote offers information regarding election deadlines, early voting, candidate information, and the location of polling station(s).

Additionally, the Student Government Association will have information tables with laptops on the Brighton and Downtown campus. The schedule is below. Please encourage students to use TurboVote.

Brighton Campus
August 26 through October 31, 2024

  • Monday through Thursday, Noon to 1:00pm
  • Terrace, Building 3

Downtown Campus
August 26 through October 31, 2024

  • Monday and Wednesday, Noon to 1:00pm

The tabling event will provide information about the elections, the candidates on the ballot, candidates in your precinct, candidate information, and the location of polling station(s).
