The Ballet Workout is open and free to the College community, sponsored by Intramural Programs. The class starts February 1st and will be held in the Damon City Dance Studio on the 5th floor, room #5267. The class will take place on Wednesdays from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. through May 2nd (excluding winter and spring recess). No prior dance experience or registration is necessary. Dance or exercise apparel and ballet shoes or bare feet are recommended.
