Open Educational Resources (OER) Workshop

Announcing a free online workshop designed to teach community college stakeholders valuable skills - to develop content on the wiki, including the https://wikieducator.org/CCCOER wiki site, learn aboutOpen Educational Resources (OERs), and build new connections.

The workshops are offered over 10 days from November 17-30

You will receive an email and tutorial each day. You can work at times which fit your own schedule. You will need between 20 to 30 minutes a day.

The OER movement encourages the creation of free, high-quality content for community college courses.  By promoting OER, community colleges can create sustainable academic resources for students and provide professional development opportunities for faculty.  A wealth of public domain and fair use learning materials are currently available via the internet that faculty can repurpose for use in their classes.

Register online at https://wikieducator.org/L4C.

The project a collaboration between WikiEducator, https://www.oerfoundation.org, the OER Foundation and CCCOER.
