Smart classroom technology has been challenging this fall semester and ETS wants to thank everyone for their support and patience. We understand your frustration and want to assure you that ETS is addressing each and every issue. We are aware of certain problems with the new imaging system and are working closely with our vendor to resolve these known issues; however, there are other issues we are not aware of until someone tells us.
If you experience a technical problem in a classroom, please report it to the Call Center at ext. 4357. To help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, please be prepared to provide the following details: room number, any error messages, what were you trying to do when it failed and any other details.
