The Eat Well Live Well Challenge is made possible thanks to a partnership between Health Services, Human Resources and the Health and Physical Education Department. Developed by Wegmans, the Eat Well Live Well Challenge is an eight-week competition where individuals report the number of steps they take (using a pedometer) and cups of fruit and vegetables they eat each week.

Based on initial response we are well on our way to having over 20 MCC teams (10 employees per team) compete this spring. Pedometer and information materials will be free to registered participants.
