We are pleased to inform you that the Monroe Community College 22nd annual Awards Banquet will be held on Friday, May 14, 2004. The purpose of the banquet is to showcase the varied academic and co-curricular accomplishments of our students. Because this is a college-wide event, we annually seek to increase participation. Thus, if your department annually bestows academic awards on deserving students, we invite your participation in this banquet.
Attached to this message are two forms we would like you to complete for any fall/spring semester students you would like to recognize at the banquet in May. By completing these forms now, you can touch base with your students, while they are still with you, to gather the biographical information needed for the printed program.
Please complete all of the necessary information, then send it to Elizabeth Stewart, associate director, Campus Center. If your department does not present any awards, please return the Award Winner’s List form indicating “NONE” (please use the attachments).
