Please take the time to carefully review the Academic Information/Programs of Study/Course Descriptions (catalog pages 74-221) that do not require formal submission through the governance process. Allowable corrections and updates are limited to spelling, punctuation, phone number, and corrections of errors or misprints.
Faculty promotions will automatically be handled by the Curriculum Office, so there is no need to submit a catalog change.
The Curriculum Office process for catalog change procedures is user-friendly and transparent. The deadline for submissions is March 15th.
A new process is forthcoming for college personnel changes. There will be an announcement made in a few days how to process those corrections.
To create a proposal, go to: https://www.monroecc.edu/depts/currprog/
Click on Curriculum Database then create proposals and select catalog change.
