Genesee Region Clean Communities, Inc, (GRCC), in partnership with Monroe Community College’s Applied Technologies Center, will celebrate the use of alternative fuel and advanced technology vehicles during the National Alternative Fuel Vehicle Day Odyssey event from 10 am to 2pm on Thursday October 18, 2012, at the Applied Technologies Center, 2485 West Henrietta Road, Rochester NY 14623. The local event is one of more than 160 being held concurrently across the United States. National AFV Day Odyssey was created by the National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium, a program of West Virginia University, in 2002, and held every two years since.
