Policies, Procedures, and Protocols
A catalog of MCC policies, as well as details regarding how to create a policy, procedure or protocol are available on the MCC Policies website. Please note that the website includes the following support documents:
- check-lists to guide the creation of policies, procedures and protocols; and
- check-lists to guide the revision of policies, procedures and protocols.
MCC Protocols can be found at myMCC > Employees > Employee Home in the Quick Links Channel.
Policy division representatives are also available to assist with process questions, and the creation and/or revision of a policy, procedure, or protocol. The representatives for each division are as follows:
