Thrive-Breathe-Learn with the MCC Wellness Council!

The MCC Wellness Council is excited to share that MCC has been recognized by the American Heart Association as a “Fit and Friendly” work site at the GOLD level!   This distinction is awarded to worksites that fulfill criteria such as offering employees physical activity support, increasing healthy eating options at work, and promoting a wellness culture.  Check out the Workplace Wellness website below for the multiple resources now available to you:

Your Wellness Council has been busy compiling a calendar of campus activities to promote for the spring semester.  We hope you will consider joining your colleagues for one or all of the activities listed below.  Look for future articles in the Daily Tribune and check out the Fit & Friendly channel on the myMCC employee tab for additional information on wellness programs, activities and the benefits of MCC’s “Fit and Friendly” recognition!
