The program allows participants to track their daily steps with a step counter or by logging the minutes they dedicate to walking.
Come join us in this national campaign for the entire MCC community. Boost your own activity level and gain the healthy benefits it produces.
There are daily e-mails, drawings and prizes to carry you along a step at a time.
Come-walk-with-me groups are already forming to add to your daily steps.
