MCC is Celebrating May: National Bike Month!

May is National Bike Month and there's a LOT going on, nationally and locally.

Color Brighton Green (https://www.colorbrightongreen.org) is sponsoring "Curb Your Car Week" - May 15th–21st.

The Rochester Cycling Alliance (https://www.rochestercyclingalliance.org) is hosting "Rochester Bike Week 2011" - May 20th-27th.

The League of American Bicyclists (https://www.bikeleague.org) declares the month of May as "National Bike Month", the week of May 16th-20th as "National Bike Week", and Friday, May 20th as "Bike-to-Work Day".

Not to be left out of the fun, MCC's Sustainability Steering Committee has also set MCC's "Bike-to-Work Day" for Friday, May 20th. We encourage everyone to ride to work on Friday!

For anyone wishing to ride into the campus together, we will meet at the Roundhouse in Genesee Valley Park at 7:45am, and leave there at 8:00am for a leisurely ride on the Canal Trail to South Clinton, to Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road, and into the campus.

Whether you can meet at the park or not, we hope you can meet the group at the pond outside Building 12 at 8:30AM for a group photo.
