Have you set a goal to become more physically active this school year? Are you looking to sharpen your physical skills in a supportive atmosphere? Are you trying to lose a few pounds? Check out Losing It With Leanne!
Losing It With Leanne is an intramural program that is free and open to students, faculty and staff who are looking for a morning fitness program that is instruction based, fun and highly energetic. It runs Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30am to 7:30am throughout the semester. Each morning session is a little bit different, but involves fitness activities designed to challenge your body, mind and spirit. Activities include: cardio-respiratory training, interval training, circuit training, core body exercises, flexibility and more!
To sign up for the class, follow these instructions:
- Go to the Athletics Web page
- In the top right-hand corner, click on Intramurals
- Click on Entry Form. Fill in required information.
- For Intramural Activity, list Losing It With Leanne; Single participant; Captains Name-Leanne; Team Name-Leanne
